After a long and successful football career, Markus now wants to build a new bridge between football players and their agencies. A new type of football agency that focuses on individual development and the person behind the player.

Representing the Swedish national team and clubs such as Malmö FF, AFC Ajax, Werder Bremen, Racing Santander and West Bromwich, Markus knows what it takes to reach the top. It is his experience, knowledge and network the next generation of football players now will benefit from.

It all began with an idea. How can we maximize potential in football players in a more effective way? After playing in clubs such as Hammarby IF, FC Groningen, FC Midtjylland and representing the Swedish national team, Petter Andersson has put all his focus to understand development and maximize performance in professional football players.

Agent / mentor

After many successful years in clubs such as FC Basel, RSC Anderlecht, Malmö FF and the Swedish national team Behrang Safari knows what it takes to become the best version of yourself.

He is determined to head in to the football business with a mission to change the whole industry. With a clear focus to help and protect the players, Safari now wants to be a big part of the next generation of football players from Malmö.

Compared to his other teammates in the agency, he has won by far the most titles.

Youth Scout / Mentor

Ylli started his career as a young player in Malmö FF and later on played for clubs as LB07 and FC Rosengård. After his active career, he became the assistant coach at FC Rosengård to later become the head coach of the club.

For 10+ years he has focused on motivating young people and football players to maximize their potential in the Malmö area.

Creative Director / Media

With 8 years+ of experience in the creative industry, Jimmy is the creative lead of the company. His work spans across creative strategy, graphic design, branding, campaigns, sponsor- and partnerships.

Currently, leading the in-house creative studio at Full Potential Agency, he has been focusing on setting up a best-in-class team to deliver engaging, innovative and high profile projects and content for the company and the players within the agency.
